Employee gifts and onboarding sets that really suit your team
For a new employee, an anniversary, a team event or year-end: we combine wearable textiles, caps and useful promotional products into a coherent set. You get a personal selection, a careful check of your files and an approach that considers later additions too.

Curated team scene, complemented by real Fabrik4 projects for KYST and Bomatec.
Different occasions. One clear process.
We start with the person, the moment and the impression you want to make, not a huge catalogue.
Onboarding
A welcome set, the right size, name or role, and a clear way to reorder later.
Anniversaries and recognition
A quality individual product or small set that suits the company and the person.
Team events and year-end
Matching textiles or useful companions that work before, during and after the event.
Christmas and customer gifts
Wearable items, desk products or individually assembled gift ideas.
HR organises. We make outfitting the team easier.
HR, People & Culture, office managers and company management rarely have only a gift to choose. Sizes, names, budget, start dates, locations and a solution colleagues can easily keep using often matter at the same time.
We help turn those details into a workable collection or compact set. You don’t have to know every textile model or printing method first.
Send an HR briefTogether we’ll narrow down the right base product, possible finishing methods and useful additions.
New employees, without starting from scratch.
We document the chosen basics so later additions are easier. If the model, colour and method are still available, even small quantities may be practical to produce again.
Define the team’s basics
We choose models, colours, finishing and placement together.
New person, new size
HR only sends the new details instead of redesigning the whole collection.
Check a small order
Two jackets, three sweatshirts and five shirts may be realistic additions, depending on the base product and method.
Setup costs stay clear
Machine or setup work may be needed again. We clarify that before production.
Products for teams and everyday work
This selection deliberately shows different roles in a set. It doesn’t limit the range. We source and check other models, brands and promotional products for each project.

KYST shows a consistent brand world of headwear and bags. Bomatec shows how a custom packaging idea can make a gift more personal. The new craft team scene shows sizes, clothing and caps as parts of one onboarding process.

Advice and production from ButtisholzCommon questions from HR and companies.
Do you work directly with HR and People & Culture?
Yes. Together we can structure the occasion, audience, sizes, names, locations and deadline. You don’t need a finished set or deep product knowledge for the first conversation.
Can we combine different cuts and sizes?
Yes, with suitable textile ranges. We make sure the colours, feel of the material and finishing work together. We check the current options for the specific product.
Can names, roles or locations be personalised?
Personalisation may be possible depending on the product, amount of data and method. A clean list and clear matching of details are essential. We agree on the format before production.
Are samples or a selection available before ordering?
By arrangement, yes. Sampling can be especially useful for fit, material or a set you’ll order again.
Can we reorder small quantities for new employees?
Often, yes, if the model, colour, size and method are still available. Setup or machine costs may arise again. We check every addition clearly before production.
Must everything already be listed in the shop?
No. The shop shows easy starting points. We can source many other promotional items and models on request, and check suitability for finishing, quantity and deadline.
Can employee and customer gifts be combined?
Yes, if the audiences and handover situations fit together. We can create a shared product family and plan variations within the same look where needed.
How do we start without finished print files?
A logo, screenshot, existing materials or a clear idea are enough to start. We’ll check what other files are needed for the chosen product and method.
Occasion, logo, target date and approximate scope are enough for the first step.
