Hi, I’m Fritz from Sursee, a Swiss federally qualified business economist, founder and head of production at Fabrik4 and since 2011 self-employed full-time through tsdd GmbH. I like creative solutions, careful execution and things that work in everyday life.
Part globetrotter and brewer: curious, practical and focused on finding solutions.
What I do
I plan, produce and advise on signage, textile printing and stickers , from the initial idea through to delivery. That includes precise artwork preparation, material selection, production planning and an honest assessment of what is feasible for each individual project. Swiss Precision, without the fuss.

How I work
Direct communication, clear approvals and transparent prices. Production on demand rather than stock. Flexible and creative, making the most of every project. Standardised products that work, backed by agency-level advice. When needed, Express , realistically costed. Better to get it right once than nearly right twice.
What about digital?
With Homepage Atelier , a short description becomes a first website draft. You can then edit the text, images and design. It is based on tools I also develop for our own web projects. Our experience makes it easier for small businesses, clubs and personal projects to get started.
Honestly, posting regularly on social media is a real struggle for me too. I have the creativity, but often not the time or discipline. That is exactly why I started building AI-assisted tools. First for myself, then for customers.
Today: content operations, SEO support and campaign assistance by subscription. For Swiss SMEs that know they need to do more online but cannot employ a full-time marketing person. First paying subscription customer since 2026: Sanvitech.
On the technical side, I build for the Swiss context: Bexio integrations, portal operations, QR-bills and AI content workflows. An open workshop: github.com/Fabrik4.
I also used to build Joomla sites before 2010. I stopped because maintenance without automation was a bottomless pit. With AI support, I’m back at it.
