Which files print well?

You don’t have to prepare the file perfectly yourself. These points help us reach a good result sooner.

01

Send the original file

PDF, SVG or EPS are ideal. A large PNG file works well too. If you have it, always send us the original.

02

As large as possible

A small screenshot can be enough to show the idea. For printing, a large file with a transparent background is much better.

03

Think about contrast

Shirt colour, design colour and print size belong together. Tell us which colour is for the guest of honour and which is for the crew.

04

Keep details in proportion

Fine details and gradients are possible. We check tiny text, extremely thin lines and very large colour areas with particular care.

Only have an idea or a catalogue link? That’s enough. Upload a screenshot, sketch or link with the product and add colours, names and your date in the comments field. You’ll receive a proof for approval before printing.
AI as an idea tool

From AI draft to printable design.

Many customers already bring AI-generated designs. They help you find a style quickly. We then check whether the file can be used cleanly and prepare it for printing if needed.

  1. 01

    Narrow down the idea

Choose the saying, name, date, shirt colours and style. Two or three clear colours and a compact shape are often a better start than an overloaded image.

  2. 02

    Ask for an isolated design

Explicitly say “no shirt mockup”, “no background” and “centred T-shirt design”. Otherwise AI often produces only an attractive scene.

  3. 03

Send the original, not a screenshot

Upload the largest possible PNG, ideally with a transparent background. You can send the prompt and best version too. That helps us give more targeted advice.

  4. 04

    We’ll check the file

We check spelling, resolution, transparency, fine lines, print size and contrast. If necessary, we reset text, remove the background or carefully redraw parts.

Important: “Looks good” doesn’t automatically mean “printable” with AI. A high-resolution, isolated design is often easy to use; we correct spelling mistakes, mockup backgrounds and artificial tiny details before the proof for approval.

04 steps

From idea to finished party shirt.

  1. Choose shirt & quantity

Around 10 shirts is a good starting point. Fewer or more are equally possible; you can mix available sizes and colours.

  2. Send your idea

Upload a print file, screenshot or sketch and add your wishes in the comments field. You can also send everything by WhatsApp.

  3. File check & print approval

We check the design, contrast and placement. We start only after you approve the digital proof.

  4. Production in Switzerland

We print the shirts in our studio, check each item and ship the order or hold it for collection.

Flexible, without a forced package: Second print positions are configured as shown on the product. As a guide, individual names cost CHF 5.- per personalised shirt. Standard production usually takes around 2 to 3 weeks. Please ask about short deadlines in advance.

Unsure about the shirt, design or print file?

I’m Fritz and I’ll look at your idea personally. You don’t have to work out which file, printing method or shirt quality you need first.

Samples are possible by arrangement. And if a screenshot or WhatsApp message is quicker than a form, that’s fine too.

Quick answers

Common questions before ordering.

Can we order fewer or more than 10 shirts?

Yes. Ten is just a practical guide. Smaller and larger groups order through the same product; the price depends on the total quantity.

Can we mix colours and sizes?

Yes, if the chosen model is available in the variants you want. A pink shirt for the guest of honour and black shirts for the crew are easy to arrange, for example.

Do we need a perfect print file?

No. A file, photo, screenshot, sketch or Freepik link is enough to start. We check whether it can be printed, the licence and any changes needed, and send a proof for approval first.

How do we send individual names?

Through the existing file upload, the comments field or WhatsApp. The guide price is CHF 5.- per personalised shirt. We confirm spelling and quantity before production.

Which designs work especially well?

Clear lettering, recognisable shapes and strong contrast print especially reliably. Colourful designs and fine details are possible too. We choose the right printing method for your design and garments.

Can I get a sample first?

Yes. If the cut, colour or material matters, we can arrange a sample by agreement. It’s best to contact us before placing the final order.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you deliver?

Production times are shown on each product page. Contact us to arrange express production or a specific delivery date.

Delivery by post or freight carrier, or collection by appointment. Costs depend on the product, volume, weight and delivery method and are shown in your basket or quote. Bulky goods and freight shipping are charged separately.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Small quantities are possible, for example sticker sheets from 5 pieces. On-demand production and small runs let you test an idea without holding stock.

Custom print orders generally include a setup charge of CHF 35.- including VAT per order. This charge does not apply to designated club merchandise and Brand-on-Demand products.

How can I pay?

In our online shop: TWINT, credit card or Apple/Google Pay. Payment by invoice is subject to approval. For larger projects, advance payments can be arranged.

Which print files do you need?

PDF/X-4 (recommended) or AI/EPS; alternatively PNG/JPG (300 dpi). CMYK, fonts converted to outlines, 2–3 mm bleed; contour cuts on a separate path.

Print marks are not needed — we have to remove them manually. A basic file check and proof approval are included in the setup charge. Our graphic design service can prepare your print files if needed.

Complaints and returns?

Customised products are excluded from cancellation returns. If there is a defect, please contact us within 5 days with photos. We will replace the product or usually find a straightforward solution.

How can I contact you and how quickly will you reply?

WhatsApp, email or phone — whichever suits you best. We reply to you personally. Haven’t heard back? Please send us a quick reminder.
