The annual price includes: access to our design tools and editor for one website, hosting, an available standard domain as your web address, and one email mailbox. Premium domains and additional services are agreed separately.
Would you rather leave the build to us? With Fabrik4’s personally managed options, we develop, coordinate and complete the website with you. You pay for our hands-on work on your project. In the Atelier, you create and maintain your site yourself.
Atelier and standard technical operation prices include VAT. Personally managed website creation and other Fabrik4 business services are shown excluding VAT. Each price states which applies.

The shop add-on requires a suitable existing WordPress site. If that foundation is missing, we clarify what needs building first. The complete package includes both website and shop; you don’t need the individual offers as well.

Optional: content care
CHF 1,290.- per year including VAT, in addition to your platform package. Up to one hour per service month, maximum twelve hours per year; unused time does not carry over. You supply finished copy and selected images. Reviewing, coordinating, updating existing pages, simple cropping, technical image optimization and publication checks count towards the time.
Writing copy, substantial image editing, event coverage, social posts, marketing planning, new pages and new features are agreed separately. Occasional content changes without a subscription remain available on an agreed time basis.

The report shows your website’s metrics, reporting period and data timestamp. Technical values are assessed against fixed rules: within target, watch, action needed or unavailable. Visits, Google search traffic and contact clicks are included where measurement is configured. Without an agreed target, visitor numbers are not automatically good or bad; a contact click is not a confirmed enquiry. Measurement scope, access and the first reporting period are agreed before starting. Missing data remains labelled as unmeasured. Personal interpretation, marketing recommendations and consulting are separate.
Assistance and scope
Assistance covers small technical website and email tasks, such as setting up an email address. Unused time does not carry over. Correcting defects in our own contracted operation does not consume these minutes. Support is available Monday to Friday, excluding local public holidays. Among similarly urgent requests, Business has higher priority, followed by Pro. No 24/7 availability or guaranteed resolution time. Licences, device support, migrations, new features, webshops and integrations are agreed separately. Storage, monitoring and backup scope are only promised as confirmed; Google controls indexing.
Pro and Business are agreed personally with scope, start date and monthly or annual billing. Content care is annual. With monthly billing, Pro includes 5 minutes and Business 20 minutes of additional work per paid month; unused time does not carry over. Requests do not activate a package. Direct Atelier checkout purchases Basic. Cancellation at the end of the paid period, no automatic debit. Existing agreements remain unchanged.

We recommend hosting; we don’t dictate it. Suitable existing infrastructure can stay. Operation packages include hosting and SSL within the agreed scope, updates, technical monitoring and backups. For existing customer hosting, we agree pricing and responsibilities separately. Your domain and email don’t automatically have to move. Any necessary hosting migration is planned and quoted separately.
WordPress and WooCommerce operation packages are billed annually; the displayed monthly price is for comparison. Separate all-round packages also include agreed content maintenance, with operation already covered. Term, cancellation and handover are agreed personally. There is no automatic Woo subscription order or 24-hour on-call service.
Basic support covers technical questions relating to the agreed operation. Ongoing text, image and product maintenance is agreed additionally. We discuss new features and larger jobs in advance; there are no automatic extra charges.

What you may want to know before starting.
How does the Atelier differ from a managed website?
Homepage Atelier is our do-it-yourself option. For CHF 190.- a year including VAT, you get the tools to create and maintain your own website. Your own web address, one email mailbox and technical operation are included. With the personally managed option, we handle development, coordination and completion within the agreed scope. The main difference is how much you want to do yourself.
Do I need to supply finished text and images?
No, they don’t need to be perfect. Existing material, your logo and a conversation are a good start. We clarify what can be reused and where new text or images are needed. Extensive new content is discussed in advance.
Can I edit the content myself?
Yes. In Homepage Atelier, you can edit text, images and design yourself, including later on your existing site. The editor is included in the annual price. For a personally managed website, we agree in advance which content you want to maintain and which tasks we handle. WordPress with configured templates and a personal introduction is also possible.
How soon can my website go live?
That depends on the scope, available content and our capacity. We agree the timing before starting. Complete material and timely feedback help us finish sooner.
Do I have to change my domain or email?
Not necessarily. We review your existing setup first and agree any changes with you. Domains, mailboxes and any external costs are listed in the quote.
Do you also offer WordPress and online shops?
Yes. You can choose WordPress without a shop, a shop add-on for a suitable existing WordPress site, or the combined package. Simple website options do not include a shop. Taking over existing websites and shop data is planned separately.
