Custom Printed Flexfit Melange Solid Snapback Cap

DTF printing on the front is included in the shop price. Flock costs an additional CHF 4.- per cap and is suitable for single-colour designs that are sufficiently simple. Embroidery, patches and labels are not included in the displayed shop price. We quote for them after checking the design, size and quantity. Embroidery usually also requires a one-off digitising fee starting at around CHF 120.-.

We assess other positions, such as the side, back or peak, on request. Vector files in PDF, AI, EPS or SVG format are ideal. PNG and JPG are sufficient for an initial check. You receive a visual proof for approval before production.

One size with an adjustable closure. 6 panels with a reinforced front, melange fabric and plastic closure.

Colours currently listed in the shop: Black Melange / Black. Material: Front: 97% cotton / 3% elastane, back: 100% cotton. The model has no mesh back. For soft, unstructured fronts, we check the design and decoration method particularly carefully before production.

The exact production time depends on the decoration, approval and stock availability. We assess express production separately before you order.

Which decoration method works best?

For clear logos, embroidery is often the highest-quality option. For multicolour designs or fine details, we assess screen print transfers or patches. The standard position is the front.

Can I mix several colours?

Yes. Several cap colours can be combined in one order, provided the print colour remains clearly visible on every variant.

Will I receive a proof before production?

Yes. We only start production once you approve the position, size and design.

What happens if my artwork is unsuitable?

We contact you with our assessment. If needed, we prepare your logo or file separately for production.
