A mug to suit your brand
The matte outside gives your design space without drawing attention away from it. Choose a mug colour and a logo in one to three print colours. High-contrast designs work particularly well on the dark versions.
Where does it fit?
For matching mugs in the office, workshop or break room; customer gifts with your logo; and merchandise for clubs and events.
Logo on one or two sides
With ceramic transfer printing, the maximum print area is 60 × 40 mm per side. A one-colour logo looks clean and understated; two or three colours can carry more of your brand palette. Print colours are separate from the colour of the mug.
Other options
Wraparound printing, engraving, tactile finishes and small designs on the handle or inside may also be possible. We check these against your artwork. Individual packaging is available too.
Which file do you need?
A vector logo as PDF, SVG, EPS or AI is ideal. If you only have an image file, we will check it. We agree placement and appearance with you before production.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The ceramic transfer print specified here is suitable for a domestic dishwasher. We clarify the right version separately for intensive hospitality use or another finish.
Can I use several designs in one run?
The standard calculation covers one mug colour and one unchanged design per run. We check multiple designs, names or mixed colours individually.
How long does delivery take?
We agree the date with you based on mug colour, finish, artwork approval and shipping. Tell us your event date when you enquire.
Quantity, price and artwork
You can configure 36–504 mugs directly in steps of 36. Prices cover one mug colour and one shared design; the same design is repeated when you select two print sides. A CHF 35.- setup charge applies once per cart. VAT, shipping and any selected graphic design service are shown separately. Ask us about other quantities or special finishes.
The main image is a product visualisation with a two-colour sample design. We print your own logo. The image is not a binding proof of material or colour.

When is a custom finish worth it?
If the shape, surface and your brand need to work together, this model is an alternative to a classic photo mug. We decorate existing models with your design. We check and quote special print positions, more elaborate artwork, several designs within a run and extra packaging separately. The techniques available depend on the chosen model.
Why does the unit price fall with larger quantities?
Preparation, transport and personal support are needed even for small runs. With more pieces, those costs are spread across the order. Compare the quantity tiers in the calculator.
Need a simple option for a few pieces?
For photos, gradients and small gifts, our classic photo mug from one piece is a less expensive option. This range focuses on your choice of shape, finish and decoration.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Samples are possible by arrangement. Together we clarify whether you need an undecorated product sample or a sample with your finish, and which version is available. We quote the extra cost and timing in advance; they are not included in the displayed product price. Any credit for some or all sample costs against a later order is agreed in the individual quote.

- For businesses, teams and customer gifts where a matte mug and a coordinated logo print are part of the look. This model is made to order with a specialist production partner.
- Quantity and printing
- The configurator starts at 36 pieces and offers up to 504 in multiples of 36. It covers one mug colour and the same design printed in one to three colours. Larger runs spread setup and transport costs across more mugs, so compare the total cost of the quantity you actually need.
- Your local point of contact
- Fabrik4 in Buttisholz coordinates advice, artwork, finishing and graphic design. We check special print positions or surfaces with the production partner before confirming. Graphic design work and any physical samples are additional services agreed separately.
- When a photo mug is a better choice

A gift can also lead to a digital experience, for example through a QR code linking to your website or a suitable online experience. If you want to combine the two, we will discuss the design and implementation as a separate project.
