Rigid signs with a low weight
Aluminium composite panels combine a lightweight plastic core with thin aluminium outer layers. They stay dimensionally stable and are suitable for company signs, information boards, property signs and wayfinding.
Aluminium composite, often known as DIBOND®
DIBOND® is a well-known brand of aluminium composite panels. Depending on the order, we use the confirmed branded material or a technically equivalent alternative. The product name therefore does not promise a specific brand.
Standard or custom size
Choose from popular DIN, rectangular and square formats, or use the calculator for custom dimensions from 10 × 10 cm up to 300 × 150 cm.
Thickness, printing and UV varnish
3 mm is the versatile standard. 6 mm provides extra rigidity and depth. Combine single- or double-sided direct printing with matt or gloss UV varnish. Custom shapes, drilling, wall fixings and other protective laminates are assessed separately.
Production and outdoor use
We check your artwork and intended use. For outdoor signage, we also assess exposure and fixings so that the material and construction are confirmed before production.

- Size and finish
- The configurator accounts for your dimensions, quantity and the available finishes. Please ask first about custom shapes, drilled holes or special mounting. The price comes from your configuration, not a generic square-metre example.
- Personal material advice
- Tell us how you will use it and we will help with materials, artwork and finishing. Our graphic design service in Buttisholz can prepare print-ready artwork for an additional charge. For special requirements, we clarify the appropriate production route, including with production partners.
- Not every job needs a rigid panel
- A banner may be more suitable for a temporary installation; printed film may be enough if you already have a backing surface. A photo of the location, dimensions and intended service life help us recommend the right solution.
- Direct contact and samples in person
- At Fabrik4, you discuss your project directly with Fritz, who brings advice and practical implementation together. Arrange a visit to Buttisholz to compare materials and finishes. We clarify available samples and any costs beforehand.
