Full-colour printed vinyl made to measure: configure quantity, width, height, durability, laminate and cutting. Choose from short-term removable, long-term, high-tack or cast vinyl for full wraps.

The right printed vinyl, not simply the most expensive

A temporary shop-window promotion needs different vinyl from a vehicle, machine or permanent sign. Here you choose durability, protection and cutting as well as width and height. We check the surface, application and artwork before production and confirm the appropriate vinyl series.

Four distinct vinyl grades

Short-term removable suits temporary applications. Long-term signage uses premium polymeric vinyl. High-tack adhesive is intended for difficult surfaces. Cast vinyl for full wraps is a separate grade for full-surface applications and pronounced curves. We confirm technical references 3162X, 3551, 3951HT and ORAJET 3951 to suit the job.

From straight cutting to transfer-ready graphics

Straight cuts are included in the base price. Simple and complex contours remain on their backing paper. For a freestanding printed graphic, we can fully weed the design and add application tape. This option costs significantly more because of the manual work, and feasibility is checked before production.

Digital printing and lamination in Buttisholz

We produce to order in Buttisholz, check colours, cutting paths and file structure, and send a proof for approval before critical production jobs. Protective laminate improves abrasion resistance, cleanability and durability. Suitability still depends on the surface, use, cleaning and installation.

Installation and larger projects

You can install the vinyl yourself or request installation in Buttisholz or on site. Very large areas, full vehicle wraps, difficult surfaces and runs with many different designs are assessed individually.

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you deliver?

Production times are shown on each product page. Contact us to arrange express production or a specific delivery date.

Delivery by post or freight carrier, or collection by appointment. Costs depend on the product, volume, weight and delivery method and are shown in your basket or quote. Bulky goods and freight shipping are charged separately.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Small quantities are possible, for example sticker sheets from 5 pieces. On-demand production and small runs let you test an idea without holding stock.

Custom print orders generally include a setup charge of CHF 35.- including VAT per order. This charge does not apply to designated club merchandise and Brand-on-Demand products.

How can I pay?

In our online shop: TWINT, credit card or Apple/Google Pay. Payment by invoice is subject to approval. For larger projects, advance payments can be arranged.

Which print files do you need?

PDF/X-4 (recommended) or AI/EPS; alternatively PNG/JPG (300 dpi). CMYK, fonts converted to outlines, 2–3 mm bleed; contour cuts on a separate path.

Print marks are not needed — we have to remove them manually. A basic file check and proof approval are included in the setup charge. Our graphic design service can prepare your print files if needed.

Complaints and returns?

Customised products are excluded from cancellation returns. If there is a defect, please contact us within 5 days with photos. We will replace the product or usually find a straightforward solution.
