A size breakdown, preferred fit, intended use and care requirements help us choose. For garments you supply, we also need photos and care labels before assessing suitability.

What helps us assess your project?

Tell us the intended use, approximate quantity, preferred size and target date. A budget range and an idea, sketch, photo or existing files are helpful. Include anything you have not decided yet. You do not need to have chosen the material or printing method.

Personal, local advice to find the right solution

You speak directly with Fritz at Fabrik4 in Buttisholz, in the canton of Lucerne. Advice, graphic design and textile decoration work together in our workshop. For certain products, we work with specialist production partners. We focus on suitable materials and a well-executed finish. If another option better suits your use or budget, we will tell you.

Ideas and AI mockups are welcome

An AI-generated concept can be a useful starting point. We check what is feasible for the material, print area, colours and fine details with you. A mockup is not yet print-ready artwork or an approved production proof. We help you turn it into a workable design. By arrangement, we can also support written communication in other languages using AI.

What support is included?

Advice on product selection and the agreed artwork checks are part of our order support. The scope depends on the product and quotation, including any setup fee. New logos, redrawing, extensive corrections and additional concepts are not automatically included. We agree any additional work and its cost with you beforehand.

Confirm approval and timing before production

For a custom design, we agree the artwork and placement with you before production. We establish the approval process for each order. Tell us about fixed event dates as early as possible. Feasibility, availability and express options need our confirmation; an enquiry or AI concept is not approval to start production.

Your files are used for your order

We use supplied logos and graphics solely to fulfil the agreed order. We do not use them for other customers, our own advertising, portfolio examples or social media without your express consent. Supplying files does not grant us broader usage rights. We agree any special confidentiality requirements before you send sensitive documents, including necessary production partners and any processing by external AI services.

Reuse the logos and graphics we create

If we create a logo or graphic for you, you receive the agreed final files for other applications too. We agree the formats you need and the scope of use together. Editable project files and licensed third-party elements are not automatically included.

Compare materials and samples in person

Arrange a visit to our showroom in Buttisholz to compare materials, colours and finishes. We check which samples are available beforehand. Custom samples and tests may cost extra; any credit towards an order is agreed separately.

Plan for repeat orders and your digital presence

Let us know if you expect to need more pieces or other products with the same design later. We check suitable options; models, materials and colours may change with availability. We can also connect your website, social media or QR links with your printed materials. These extensions are discussed and quoted separately.
