Trade show and event materials for your business

A good presence is not about having the most equipment. It is about a clear message, a recognisable team and an easy next step for interested visitors. Find printed materials that work together for your small exhibition stand or business event.

What do your materials need to do?

Start with the location and purpose. The links take you to existing products with their current options and prices. You can order them separately.

Indoors

Get noticed in a small space

A roll-up is a straightforward starting point for a small stand at a local business exhibition or a reception area. It is easy to transport and put away afterwards. Keep your main message visible near the top rather than hidden behind a table. The Standard roll-up is intended for indoor use.

At the entrance or outdoors

Help visitors find you

A beach flag can mark an entrance, while a banner can use an existing wall or suitable mounting structure. Choose the flag base to suit the ground and intended use. For banners, the area, wind exposure and fixings need to work together. Take the beach flag down in strong winds or storms.

For your team

Make your team easy to recognise

Matching T-shirts, polos or caps help visitors see who belongs to your business. Choose clothing your team will want to wear after the event too. Confirm sizes and quantities per person before ordering, and choose a print position that remains visible while they work.

After the conversation

Give visitors something useful

A flyer explains your offer; a business card keeps your contact details handy. For a substantial handout, 250 gsm coated paper is a good starting point. If you want a giveaway, choose something that suits your visitors, such as a useful everyday pen. One relevant piece of information is better than five similar leaflets.

Check these points before ordering

To recommend suitable products, we need to know the event, location, date and roughly what you have in mind. A photo or sketch of the space often helps more than a long equipment list.

  • Space and access: check the stand width, available height, sightlines and clear walkways.
  • Venue requirements: ask the organiser about permitted fixings, materials and any required fire-performance documentation.
  • Timing: give us both the event date and the date you need delivery. Allow time for production, shipping and setup.
  • Transport and reuse: who will carry and store the materials? Designs without specific dates are easier to use again.
  • Team and quantities: confirm clothing sizes, quantities and whether the designs are identical or different.

One message, adapted to each format

Use the same logo and coordinated colours, but do not simply send the same file for every product. A tall roll-up, a wide banner and a small business card need different layouts. At a distance, a short message should explain what you offer. Put the details on your flyer or website.

A QR code can link to your offer or contact details. Test a printed version at its intended size and include a readable web address. Send us your existing logos, text and images. We check artwork before production; a complete new design is discussed and quoted separately.

Common questions about preparing for an event

What is a sensible starting point for a small stand?

A roll-up with a clear message and suitable business cards or flyers may be enough. Team clothing can help visitors identify who to speak to. Your space, objective and existing materials matter more than a long shopping list.

Can I use the roll-up outdoors?

The Standard roll-up linked here is intended for indoor use. It is not the right choice for an open outdoor area. Beach flags and banners also require attention to the location, mounting and weather conditions.

Do you provide a complete exhibition package or a finished stand?

This page helps you combine printed materials and branded clothing for your event. It is not an all-inclusive package for stand construction, furniture, installation or staffing. If you need help choosing, we will agree the scope with you.

Can I reuse existing systems or designs?

For designs, we check the format and artwork. For replacement prints, we need the exact model and dimensions of your existing system. A beach flag fabric or replacement roll-up graphic will not automatically fit every frame.

What do you need for a quote with a fixed deadline?

Tell us the event date, required delivery date, products or intended use, quantities and available artwork. We confirm fixed or express deadlines after checking files, materials and production capacity. You can also find lead-time information on each product page.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How quickly do you deliver?

Production times are shown on each product page. Contact us to arrange express production or a specific delivery date.

Delivery by post or freight carrier, or collection by appointment. Costs depend on the product, volume, weight and delivery method and are shown in your basket or quote. Bulky goods and freight shipping are charged separately.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Small quantities are possible, for example sticker sheets from 5 pieces. On-demand production and small runs let you test an idea without holding stock.

Custom print orders generally include a setup charge of CHF 35.- including VAT per order. This charge does not apply to designated club merchandise and Brand-on-Demand products.

How can I pay?

In our online shop: TWINT, credit card or Apple/Google Pay. Payment by invoice is subject to approval. For larger projects, advance payments can be arranged.

Which print files do you need?

PDF/X-4 (recommended) or AI/EPS; alternatively PNG/JPG (300 dpi). CMYK, fonts converted to outlines, 2–3 mm bleed; contour cuts on a separate path.

Print marks are not needed — we have to remove them manually. A basic file check and proof approval are included in the setup charge. Our graphic design service can prepare your print files if needed.

Complaints and returns?

Customised products are excluded from cancellation returns. If there is a defect, please contact us within 5 days with photos. We will replace the product or usually find a straightforward solution.

How can I contact you and how quickly will you reply?

WhatsApp, email or phone — whichever suits you best. We reply to you personally. Haven’t heard back? Please send us a quick reminder.
