The ACE Cafe Luzern run by Ace Cafe Schweiz AG is a long-standing Fabrik4 customer: an established biker café in Rothenburg with its own merchandise shop and a long collaboration across our workshop services. In April 2026, the next repeat order was for Flexfit FX6007 Snapback caps in black with a screen-print transfer in white, for the shop and crew.
From idea to production
The Flexfit FX6007 is a classic five-panel snapback with a wide, flat peak and structured front. It fits naturally into the biker-café atmosphere of ACE Cafe Luzern. The black cap with its adjustable snapback closure is easy to wear, from the counter to the street. For printed caps in Lucerne and Central Switzerland, it has been a reliable choice for hospitality and merchandise projects for years.
The ACE Cafe logo, approximately 65 mm wide and centred on the front panel, was applied using a screen-print transfer in white. This is an established method for headwear: it provides an opaque white print on dark fabric with sharp edges and good durability when the care instructions are followed. For a venue whose caps are worn daily, at events and within the biker community, durability matters.
Alongside the repeat order, three other Flexfit models were supplied for comparison: the curved-peak FX5789, the FX6006 Classic Trucker with mesh and the FX6506 Retro Trucker. All were black and used the same printing method. For hospitality businesses, cafés and brands looking to expand or combine their headwear range, the selection can be developed accordingly. Result and conclusion
The snapback caps with the logo were restocked in the ACE Cafe shop in Lucerne. Printed locally, they meet the venue’s expectations. Eight years of collaboration and several product generations show that dependable crew and promotional caps for hospitality businesses and brands are not a one-off project, but ongoing work.
