For the Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride Luzern, we produced 300 white armbands with full-colour sublimated badges. The event raises awareness and funds for prostate health and men’s health. The armbands needed to be visible, comfortable and easy to hand out as a recognisable event symbol.

What makes this project different
Sublimation works well for full-colour designs on light polyester fabrics. There is no noticeable print layer on the surface, so the armband remains flexible and comfortable. For an item worn throughout the ride, that matters more than a thick layer of print.

Alltex Fashion is a local textile and embroidery partner. That proximity made it easy to coordinate the design, material, print and packaging. The result is a practical symbol for a good cause rather than a conventional merchandise item.
