For Radical Racing, we prepared customer-supplied technical fabrics and jerseys for team printing. These textiles are lightweight, stretchy and often already heavily decorated, so print positions, films and dye barriers need to be checked first. Radical Racing is a youth team ordering small quantities. As not all the Troy Lee Designs jerseys arrived in time, production was split into two deliveries of six jerseys each. Regional production and direct communication made this manageable despite the short time before the next bike race.

Project facts
- Client / team: Radical Racing
- Product: racing jerseys and technical fabrics, Troy Lee jerseys
- Services: material checks, artwork preparation and textile printing
- Printed elements: names, logos, sponsor graphics and team details
- Specific challenge: thin, stretchy fabrics with demanding surfaces
What makes this project different
Material checks are essential for customer-supplied technical fabrics. The surface, stretch and existing sublimation dyes determine which printing process and film will work.
Team printing needs repeatability
Racing teams need more than one good shirt: they need a consistent set. Names, logos and sponsor graphics must be positioned repeatably, even across different sizes and cuts.
